Sky Nile Consulting was founded combining the expertise of a Fortune 100 Marketing Executive and an internationally recognized Civil Rights Attorney.
Sky / Nile is a combination of our children's name. We started this business with them in mind. Working to create a future workforce that would accept them, support them, and be one where their talents are valued and appreciated.

Jennifer has over 10 years of Corporate Marketing and Communications Experience, she has been recognized as an Emerging Leader and among the Who’s Who of Black Columbus, OH.
As a former Fortune 100 Marketing Executive, Jennifer has a proven track record of leading highly engaged and high-performing teams. Key to her success has been an intentional focus on listening, leading with empathy, and removing barriers to success to drive results. Jennifer is a strong collaborator whose power lies in guiding leaders through strategy and asking the right questions to lay a sturdy foundation for their work together.
Sean Walton, Jr.
Partner & Chief Culture Officer
Sean is a highly sought-after civil rights, personal injury, and wrongful death attorney. Both through his experience as a lawyer and activist and through his unique life experiences, he has sharpened his skills as an expert in anti-racism and inclusion training.
As co-founder and partner with Walton + Brown, LLP, an award-winning law firm, Sean has received a host of accolades including being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Top 40 Under 40 for the National Trial Lawyers Association, Top 40 Under 40 for the National Black Lawyers Association, and the 2020 Graduate of the Last Decade from Capital University Law School to name a few.
